During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” and “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” periods, to adapt to the rapid development of new energy and UHV power grids, pumped storage power stations such as Fengning in Hebei Province and Jixi in Anhui Province ushered in a new peak.
