In particular, the key challenges in battery module disassembly up to cell level are identified and classified in order to systematically derive the requirements for the disassembly system.
Currently, there is no standardized design for battery modules, e.g. in the form of a norm . The battery cell type is selected according to the customer standard, which ultimately influences the design of the battery module .
